On 6th April 2020, the ACM Hyderabad Deccan Chapter was chartered with an objective to connect Educators, Researchers, Industry professionals and Student members, exposing them to latest research and development in the computing industry. The chapter has successfully conducted various events such as webinars, workshops, hands on sessions, distinguished lecture series and panel discussion to name a few. Participants were provided useful insights on new technology trends such as ontology engineering, computer vision, robust query processing, latex programming, machine learning using python programming, Artificial Neural Networks and its variants, Geographical Information Systems and Remote Sensing, cloud computing, secure computing, social computing and quantum computing. The chapter celebrates to commemorate the important days in the field of Science and Social sciences such as World Environment Day, National Statistics Day, National Cyber Security Awareness Month, National Mathematics Day, to showcase how technological revolution has been instrumental in providing the solution in various application domains. We are also in the process of organizing flagship conferences in technically collaboration with IEEE and ACM.
